Not too good

IT was good for the price but it is awkward to use. I would have been better off with couple of kettlebells.

In the box with the Total Body Bar is a set of cards and one of those cards walks you through setting up access to the Total Body Bar Training with Coach Ron. In this training Coach Ron teaches you proper form and technique for 27 different exercises, he also takes you through a Warm-Up and Stretch and a 30 minute workout. We noticed that you have not yet set up your access to the Total Body Bar Training, so we have set up an account for you. This access is included with your Total Body Bar purchase and does not expire. We have emailed the login information to you. I previously left a very low star review because of things that I could not find in the box. However, I contacted customer service and they were extremely responsive and helped resolve the issue very quickly. I highly recommend this company in this product.

Ridiculous that you have to pay for an ap to see how to use it. Wish I never bought it.

Would never recommend it to anyone. If you want good product, sell it with those strings attached.
